AL-05: Taze Shepard to Enter Congressional Race Tomorrow

David Driscoll sent this press release:

Taze Shepard, a Huntsville attorney and longtime community leader in North Alabama, will announce Wednesday that he is seeking the Democratic nomination for Alabama’s Fifth Congressional District. Shepard will formally announce his candidacy at 303 Williams Avenue, Suite 1311 in Huntsville at 11:00 AM.
Taze Shepard is 56 and a partner in the Huntsville law firm of Sparkman, Shepard and Morris. He is married to Pamela Lang Shepard, a Huntsville Realtor who was born in Lawrence County. They are parents of five children.

The only problem (4.00 / 1)

with the video is that Shepard appears to be sitting in cave, the light is so dim.

Unfortunately, I'm still getting the hang of this snazzy video camera that Mooncat bought for me to tote around. We thought that sitting Taze next to the lamp would provide attractive lighting for the scene.

Unfortunately, the $#%% camera focused too much on the lamp light. You'd never know he was sitting in a well-lit hotel hallway. Instead he appears to be in an interior room at the Munsters' house.

The real problem ... (0.00 / 0)

Is that the shot wasn't tight enough. You need to force yourself to zoom in on the subject's face. A little of the tie is all right, but no one want's to see the whole jacket front -- esp. when it's on YouTube and the screen is only 5" anyway. The head is everything.
