While the world is focused on the death of Micheal Jackson, I am seeing financial figures that are just plain scary and the mainstream media will not call out President Obama about these things. The June unemployment figures have been released. 467,000 jobs have been lost in June. The unemployment rate is at 9.5%, the highest since August 1983. I was 6 years old!!!! Unemployment benefits are being paid to 614,000 folks in June. By the end of the year, unemployment will reach 10 percent, according to the median forecast of economists surveyed last month. The world’s largest economy has lost about 6.5 million jobs since the recession began in December 2007. That’s the biggest drop in any post-World War II economic slump. What got us out of the Great Depression?? Ohh yeah..World War II. I forget to thank Hitler for that. I am sorry, but the main stream media should be asking the same thing I am. Where in the world did the stimulus go?
